What DRB Customs LLC Does:
We consistently hear from our clients “ I want my car to be cool, more unique”, or “I want my car to go faster” or “I want my car to handle / drive better”. “I want my car to be more comfortable”. We also hear “ I want to go off road…”, “ I need a plan”, But, they have no idea how to go about it. They don’t know what the latest products are, who could do the work, etc…
That is where we come in. We are automotive custom consultants. Our customers consist of businesses, housewives, soccer moms, business men, managers, workers, CEO’s. Basically, everyone that wants an improved automobile experience.
We determine our customer’s budget, what their overall idea is and want they want their car to be when they are done. We come up with a cohesive design plan. The key word being cohesive. The customer, having a customized plan developed by us, can purchase aftermarket parts, recommended by us and have different shops perform the work. We recommend the materials and, in some cases, assist the client with finding someone to do the work. Thus, unlike most custom shops, our customers do not have to be local and can be located anywhere in the country. We do not do the physical work but specify what work and products to used.
Depending on their desires, and budget, our plan / recommendation could start with tire and rim combinations, body kits, paint color, custom paint. Maybe removing some chrome trim, black outs, maybe a body wrap on all or part of the car, tinted windows, high performance engine parts, turbos, super charger, ECU Chip, exhaust, exhaust cuts… The list is endless (this is often leads to much initial confusion with the custom autos and why are services are required). The customer then has the option of completing all the work at the same time or to do some customizing at a time, all according to our customized design plan.
We recently had a customer with an Audi R8 (an already cool car) come to us and said “I want a really unique R8”. We had a blue-chrome wrap put on, custom wheels and tires, and an exhaust system. I think we achieved his request as I have never seen another R8 like it. We also have graphic designers that can develop custom designs that are incorporated into a customized wrap. This is highly desired for business automobiles.
Our business plan is analogues to an Architect, a car architect, in that we design and specify how to build the car of your dreams. Or perhaps similar to an interior house designer in that we develop a cohesive custom design plan for the automobile of their dreams.
